  Courteous and professional in what could had been an overbearing high pressure peer projects . The staff were politely courteous in helping the customer locate the product in need of and going a head and demonstrating the importance of each symbol, color small or largeline pen flicks. It would have been more widely accepted had the decision had some team assistance from the "other zide".
