  Ordered 2 ryobi garage door openers off their website. 2 weeks later no garage door openers. Called to see where they were was informed that they were on backorder and would not ship for another week, was never notified of back order when I purchased or while I waited. Was charged twice for the purchase called customer service who informed me that it wasnt their problem and that I should take it up with financial institution. I am appauled by the way tools direct performs buisness and will not be purchasing from them again
